Data Deletion Request
If you want to request deletion of specific personal data associated with your CoupleFit account (without deleting your entire account), follow the guidelines below.
What you can request to delete
- Workout history
- Nutrition or meal data
- Body metrics (weight, height, measurements)
- Photos you uploaded
- Partner sync data
- General activity logs
How to submit your request
Send an email to support@couplefit.app with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The email address associated with your CoupleFit account
- Which data you want removed
- Any relevant details to help us identify the data
How data deletion works
- We delete the requested data from our servers
- We remove associated entries (logs, sync records, meal data, analytics events) where applicable
- We confirm via email once the deletion has been completed
Important notes
- Deleting specific data will not delete your full account
- You may continue using CoupleFit normally after data deletion
- Subscription billing (App Store/Play Store) is not affected
