This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and CoupleFit (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your use of the CoupleFit mobile application, website, AI features, content, and services (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App strictly in accordance with this Agreement and our Terms of Service.
- personal, non-commercial purposes
- health, fitness, habit tracking, and wellness planning
- AI-generated suggestions and programs
- partnership features (e.g., syncing with your partner)
You may not:
- reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell the App
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- bypass security measures or access unauthorized data
- misuse the App in any unlawful or harmful manner
2. Eligibility
To use CoupleFit, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country)
- If under 18, have permission from a parent or guardian
- Create an account with truthful and accurate information
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription (Essential, Elite).
- fees are charged through Apple In‑App Purchase or Google Play Billing
- subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled
- cancellation must occur through App Store or Google Play settings, not inside the App
- partial refunds are not offered by CoupleFit (Apple/Google handle refund policies)
Access to partner‑linked features requires both users to maintain an active account.
4. AI‑Generated Content
CoupleFit uses AI for fitness suggestions, meal ideas, habit prompts, progress analysis, and recovery guidance. AI content may not always be accurate, is not medical advice, and should not replace consultation with a healthcare professional. You use AI recommendations at your own discretion.
5. Partner Sync & Shared Data
If you connect with a partner, certain activity may be shared (workouts, habits, challenges, streaks, progress indicators). You may disconnect any time.
6. User Content
You grant CoupleFit a limited license to store/process data solely to operate the App. You may not upload unlawful/harmful/explicit/fraudulent content.
7. Prohibited Activities
No illegal use, account sharing, server interference, scraping, or malicious code.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and content belong to CoupleFit.
9. Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Health Disclaimer
Informational only. Not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting programs.
11. Termination
We may suspend/terminate for breaches, misuse, non‑payment, or legal reasons.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, injuries, AI decisions, data loss, or unauthorized access. Liability capped at amounts paid in last 12 months.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Provided “as is”. No guarantees.
14. Changes
We may update this EULA. Continued use means acceptance.

Dutch law.
